At Happy Pup we ship all our boxes out between the 10th and 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 5th of the month will be sent out the following month.
We know how important your order is, and how frustrating it can be when things go wrong. When you order with Happy Pup you can have complete peace of mind, knowing that if anything goes wrong, we’ll sort it out right away.
Here are a few things we recommend when you receive your order:
– If your box is obviously damaged, refuse the delivery with the courier and contact our friendly customer support team as soon as possible
– Once you have received your box, check the contents as soon as convenient – even if you’re not planning to treat your pup straight away.
– If for any reason you’re not entirely happy, please let our friendly customer support team know and we’ll do all we can to put any problems right.
