1A – Definitions
Throughout this document, the terms: we/our/us refers to Happy Pup, and you/your refers to you as a user of this web site.

1B – Your Obligations
As a user of this web site, you acknowledge that any use of this web site, including any transactions you might make, is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Your attention is drawn particularly to our policies on returns and refunds, on delivery and also to our practice regarding the security and privacy of any information you might supply us with.

1C – General Provisions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be deemed effective on the date these are posted on this web site and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions each time you use this web site and your continued use of this web site shall signify your acceptance to be bound by these latest terms and conditions.


2A – Placing an Order
In order to place an order on this web site, you will be required to supply your email address, name, billing address information, delivery address information if a separate address is required, and contact telephone number.

2B – Cancellations by Seller
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on this website without limitation.

2C – Payment
Payment is taken via a third party provider, Stripe.


3A – Delivery Information
At Happy Pup we ship all our boxes out between the 10th and 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 5th of the month will be sent out the following month.

3B – Damaged on Delivery
If an item has clearly sustained damage during transit, please sign for the item as “damaged” when you receive it and notify us within 24 hours.


4A – Cancellations & Changes to Orders
If you place an order with us and then change your mind before receiving your item, you will be entitled to either of the following:
Change of Order
You may change your order to another subscription level with no administration fee. If the new item you choose is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference in full at the time of changing your order. If the item is less expensive, a refund will be raised for the difference and paid within fourteen (14) days. Please note, any amount to be refunded will be returned to you via the same method you used to make payment for the item and cannot be given in any other form.
You may cancel your order completely. We will cancel your order from being despatched and raise a full refund which will be paid within fourteen (14) days. Your refund will be returned to you via the same method you used to make payment for the item and cannot be given in any other form.

4B – Returns
If for any reason you’re not entirely happy, please let our friendly customer support team know and we’ll do all we can to put any problems right

4C – Goods Which are Faulty or Damaged
Once you have received your box, check the contents as soon as convenient – even if you’re not planning to treat your pup straight away.

4D – Consumer Rights
As a consumer you have legal rights when making a purchase, as outlined in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. At Happy Pup, we take these very seriously and work hard to ensure that all your rights are upheld swiftly and fully. All of the above terms pertaining to cancellations, returns and refunds are all in accordance with these rights. 5A – Orders
If you place an order with us, you will be required to provide certain personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. We will then use this information to process and deliver your order. If we have trouble processing your order we will also use this information to contact you.

5B – Information Sharing
We do not share any of your personal information with any third party, other than what is required to fulfil your order. The only exception is if we are required to do so by law. We therefore reserve the right to disclose such personally identifiable information if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with legal processes.

5C – Computer Log Files
As is true of all web sites, we gather certain information regarding your visit automatically and store it in log files. This information will include your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, your internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system and date/time stamp.
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, solely to analyse visitor trends, monitor entry/exit pages and to track a user’s movement around our site.
We also employ third party tracking devices (e.g., Google and Yahoo) to monitor visits to our site, to analyse demographic trends and to analyse conversion rates. Again this information is only used in aggregate and is not linked to personally identifiable information.

5D – Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record keeping purposes. There are two types of cookies, session ID cookies that exist only for the duration of your visit to a particular web site, and persistent cookies that are stored on your computer’s hard drive for longer periods.
We only use session cookies to store information as you navigate and use our shopping cart. As soon as you leave our site (close your browser), your session ID cookie is destroyed.
